Film Screening: Investigation of a Flame
Thursday, February 9, 2017, 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Fordham Filmmaking Club presents: Lynne Sachs’ documentary Investigation of a Flame
In 1968 nine Vietnam War protesters walked into a Catonsville, Maryland draft board office, grabbed selective service records, and burned them with homemade napalm. Investigation of a Flame is an intimate, experimental documentary portrait of the Catonsville Nine (including Daniel Berrigan, S.J., 1921-2016), a band of resisters who chose to break the law in a defiant, poetic act of civil disobedience.
Sponsored by the Visual Arts Program.
