DESCRIPTION:The Alumni Chapter of Sarasota invites alumni\, friends\, and family to meet at the green lifeguard stand to hear the Siesta Key Drum Circle and watch the sunset. \nBring your own beach chair\, towel\, and refreshments. In case of rain\, the event will be not be held. This event and parking at Siesta Beach are free. Read more about the Siesta Key Drum Circle. \nPlease note: Enter the beach at the main entrance at the pavilion. We will meet at the green lifeguard chair. The sun will begin to set soon after 7 p.m.

DESCRIPTION:Join fellow Fordham grads for an afternoon of polo at the Sarasota Polo Club! Food trucks and bars offering a wide range of options will be on site. Guests also are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. \nThe event costs $15 per person\, which includes an undesignated bleacher seat. There is no shade or tenting for the viewing area; however\, umbrellas may be used for shade as long as they do not block anyone’s view. Traditional divot stomping is done at halftime. \nCheck out the Sarasota Polo Club website for more information about the grounds and experience. \nPlease note: The ground is uneven\, so it is recommended that you wear comfortable shoes\, as well as a hat for shade. DESCRIPTION:Join the Alumni Chapter of Sarasota as the Downtown Baptist Church presents the 45th Annual Singing Christmas Tree. Nearly 300 volunteer members invite you to join this celebration. The presentation features a 25-foot Christmas tree\, a festive opening number\, a musical drama\, and a concert of seasonal favorites with more than 130 voices and a live orchestra. \nEach performance lasts approximately 90 minutes and parking is free\, so arrive early to avoid a rush. \nTickets cost is $15 per person. Your ticket(s) will be emailed to you upon registration.
